Tom Cruise is a moron, one-dimensional, lacking depth and can't act worth a crap. Why he's popular, I have no clue...

A lot of love for TOP GUN from the Cruise fans on Fandango! I appreciate the feedback, as always. For me, the real stars of TOP GUN are the planes (and Kenny Loggins' soundtrack). I don't remember it for Cruise's performance. But keep the Cruise love flowing by submitting more choices!

I like your list. But to leave out 'A Few Good Men' seems a mortal sin. The court scenes with Jack Nicholson are among the most iconic in the history of movies V/

LOVE YOU MAN
One of my favorite actors of all time!! Certainly in my top 5
Happy Birthday Tom, where ever you are. Top Cruise movies, there are far too many to count. He's just such an excellent actor, I like everything he's in. He only does quality A++ work. Everything Cruise does is magnificent.

You forgot about "Eyes Wide Shut"?

Hopefully everyone forgot 'Eyes Wide Shut.' As far as his comedy cameos, the first one was as Austin Powers in 'Goldmember.' Yeah, baby. Leaving a movie like Top Gun off this list just to put up the lesser known Magnolia may work from some actors, but not for cruise. It surprises me the number of movies I've liked with him in it. Lesser-liked movies like 'Far and Away' or 'Days of Thunder' are better for having him in them.

Top Gun, Cocktail, Mission: Impossible, The Color of Money, Days of Thunder (even though it's basically a NASCAR version of Top Gun).
Swap out Color of Money and replace it with Rain Man.
