Red eyes abound in our exclusive Breaking Dawn Part 2 video! Summit's new TV spot, aptly named "Alive," hones in on Bella's red-eye transformation and the ensuing fight scenes against the Volturi on a foreboding snow-covered landscape. Along with Bella's Volturi face-kicking scene, the video shows glimpses of Renesmee and Jacob fleeing from their pursuing enemies, and Jacob (in wolf form) pouncing on a bloodsucker. None of this, by the way, was in Stephenie Meyer's book, but we're curious to find out whether the added fight scenes have made you more interested in watching the climactic ending. Check out the new video and sound off in the comments section below!

If Stephenie Meyer's is okay with the fight scenes then it's okay with me. I love, love,LOVE the books and have really enjoyed the movies. Before I see the last part of Breaking Dawn I've started re-reading the books and watching the movies again. I feel recharged! lol THANK YOU STEPHENIE MEYER FOR WRITING A WONDERFUL ADVENTURE OF THE HEART, MIND AND IMAGINATION - and for all involved in the making of the movies - THANK YOU as well. Till Nov 16th... P.S. The Host by Stephenie is a fun read as well

I love all the books and want to say I'm glad the decision was made to add in the fight scene cause it makes the outcome more interesting than what was played out in the last book. Two Thumps up Stephanie!!!!

sorry for the repeat comments, don't know what happened there.
Since Stephanie Meyer got together with the screenwriter to write a different ending for the movie, I think it will be just fine. Personally, I am looking forward to the new ending. I always wished that they would actually fight in the book. More action for me! I love Aro's character, but his a$$ needs to get stomped, and this is the perfect way to do it.

I can't tell if Bella looks like a Vampire or just a hungry Calvin Klein Model. Either way, I never read the books but have seen everyone of these movies. Fight scene looks great and since I've come this far, I'm going to HAVE to see this one too.

Why is everyone interested in the climax of the movie, I want to see Bella use her powers, her and Edward get romantic , Charlie sees Jacob as a wolf. What skills Renesmee haver and the happily ever after ending. Not the violence we feed off violence like vulgars. So since is the last of the Twiligt Saga I quess I', a romatic at heart.h

There is not a fight -but in the last book - remember Alice had to run through several outcomes and I believe that is where you will see the fights - they are all in her haid and what happens wich each added witness. My take - and it would make it a lot more interesting! How can you go for a fight and walk away from it?

I absolutely hate the added fight scene. The entire point of everything that was done in the second half of the book was to avoid a fight because they knew they would lose plus Carlisle hates fighting. This was the stupidest decision in my opinion. If i wouldn't have seen all the other movies and been anticipating this one for so long this would make me not go see it, but I know I won't just leave it hang like that. The books were so amazing I have never understood the need to add crap to them.... *sigh* oh well, it's almost over......

I totally agree that they shouldn't alter the books but in all honesty, how would they have made the battle of the minds show on the screen? I've been wondering how they would make it work with Jane, Alec, Chelsea and you know who ( don't wanna give it away too much to any nonreaders *g*) I'm hoping the fight screen is a small one, just to show they mean business, that then gets controlled thru the psycic play. I'm also on the fence about going but like you said, I won't leave it to hang either. I usually try to forget the book but, geesh, it can be hard, especially when they're changing one of my favorite scenes... Here's a *sigh* from me too. Hope we all like the movie regardless.... It was a long wait to be disappointed. :)

I agree, the whole reason they gathered all their 'witnesses' together was in the hope that the volturi would pause long enough for them to explain, so that they could prevent a fight. I can understand why they've done it, to add more action to the movie, and people who haven't read the books will probably like the added fight scene. But I am not happy about it, it's not a small change to the storyline, it's a big change *sigh*

Aw.... I remember the last book. There wasn't really a fight scene. Creative licensing perhaps?
