After successfully predicting that Alice in Wonderland would win the weekend last week (high fives, anyone?), this weekend could finally knock Burton's 3D trip to Wonderland off its magical box office pedestal. Only two major wide releases to go around, but one of them just happens to come from the folks who brought us that lovable green ogre, Shrek. Let's take a look …
Poll: Who Will Win the Weekend?trends
Alice in Wonderland, Box Office, Hot Tub Time Machine, How to Train Your Dragon
It was a terrible movie! They tried to make it like the "Hangover" and they did not even come close..
Hot Tub Time Machine has to be the most moronic (i.e. BAD!) movie I have ever seen, and I've seen some bad ones!
What was John Cusack thinking when he nose dived into this sesspool hot tub!?
There was nothing good about this movie at all! The characters were beyond lame, including Cusack, and I have to say, I am a very loyal Cusack fan who has found something redeeming in all his previous movies, even those bordering on being stinkers. The worst character was the flamng alcoholic. Simply nothing redeeming about him. Projectile hurling, attempting to order hookers at $1,000/pop, and being a brash offensive potty mouth is not funny! Its stupid!
The movie could have had a high point if that idiot succeeded in killing himself in his car!
Shrek was awesome!!!!!! Been looking for another like it!!!!
"Welcome to the party, pal."
"I am serious... and don't call me Shirley."
"When am I gonna learn how to punch?"
"These go to eleven."
"Benjamin, have you ever been severely beaten about the face & neck?"
"Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming."
"You're gonna need a bigger boat."
"Jessica's got cable."
