You Pick Ryan Reynolds' Next Role: 'R.I.P.D' or 'Deadpool'

It's no secret that Ryan Reynolds is a hot commodity these days. All of a sudden he's gone from the somewhat cocky comical guy who stars in throwaway teen flicks like Van Wilder to the next Green Lantern. Whether we wanted him there or not, Reynolds is an A-lister now, and now that he's finished filming the first Green Lantern movie, studios are lining up to get him in their next film.

Ryan Reynolds

Following Green Lantern, Reynolds is already signed on to star in two films: The Change-Up (about a businessman who swaps bodies with a slacker, co-starring Jason Bateman and Olivia Wilde) and Safe House (about an FBI agent who must transport a dangerous criminal to safety, co-starring Denzel Washington). After he's done with those two films, however, things are up in the air. Naturally Warner Bros. will try to move things along fast enough to get Reynolds to hop back over to do Green Lantern 2, but there are two other films that exist and the actor may need to decide which one to do over the other. Those films are R.I.P.D and Deadpool.
Obviously Deadpool is the comic spin-off of Reynolds' character from X-Men Origins: Wolverine, but R.I.P.D is also a comic adaptation (with supernatural qualities), though it focuses on two cops who work for a sort of police department for the dead. Speaking to io9 about all his projects, Reynolds admits that in all likelihood they'll both get made, but only one will be made with him.
Which one? We don't know yet. Which one would you like to see Reynolds star in?
