Where to Find 7 Minutes of 'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse'

So in all probability, you're itching for even the tiniest bit of footage from The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. It's been a couple months since New Moon hit theaters, and now that all the hoopla surrounding that film has died down, you're antsy for more. It's understandable, especially since The Twilight Saga: Eclipse is one of only a few earlier summer movies that haven't at the very least given us a trailer yet. Heck, we haven't even received many images at all from the film, and it's supposed to arrive in theaters on June 30th. So what gives?

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse

Well, here's what gives – or, rather, here's what Summit Entertainment is giving you fans on Saturday March 20th. Yes, you have to wait awhile – and by then there's a good chance a trailer would have already debuted online – but trust me when I say it'll be worth it. Wal-Mart has announced that they will include seven minutes of never-before-seen footage from Eclipse on their New Moon DVDs and Blu-ray discs. However, you'll need to buy The Twilight Saga: New Moon Ultimate Fan Edition in order to see the footage.

According to a press release, the seven minutes will be comprised of a behind-the-scenes look at the production, as well as "new interviews with stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner, as well as with series-creator Stephenie Meyer, [which] are integrated with revealing on-the-set footage of some of the key scenes and sets from the upcoming movie. This first-look at The Twilight Saga: Eclipse concludes with the world premiere of an actual scene from the upcoming film."

No word on when the first trailer will premiere, but knowing how Summit likes to tie these things to their other films, look for an Eclipse trailer to play before Robert Pattinson's Remember Me, which hits theaters on March 12th.
