Watch: 'How to Train Your Dragon 2' Fires Off Its First Full Trailer

Hold on tight, Hiccup. The first full trailer for the animated sequel How to Train Your Dragon 2 takes flight today, sending audiences soaring about the Viking kingdom of Berk for another adventure with Toothless the dragon and his young, human pal.

Watch the clip, which just hit the Web:

Maybe you have forgotten the details of DreamWorks’ Dragon franchise? It has been years since the young Viking Hiccup (Jay Baruchel) discovered his inner courage as he formed a beautiful friendship with the high-flying dragon Toothless. Now the kingdom of Berk has assimilated with the dragon community, meaning that there are hundreds of new and colorful dragons flying through this sequel. But there’s a major threat on the horizon. (It wouldn’t be an exciting sequel if things stayed rosy, right?)

How to Train Your Dragon was a huge hit for DreamWorks Animation back in 2010, and a sequel was inevitable. What you might not know is that the studio already has a Dragon 3 in the works, with a 2016 release date circled on the calendar.

But first, we get to enjoy this sequel, which costars the voices of Baruchel, Gerard Butler, Jonah Hill, Kristen Wiig and Cate Blanchett. It will be in theaters on June 13, 2014.
