Trailers: New International 'Battleship' and 'Cold Light of Day,' Plus Indies 'Must Come Down' and 'The Ghastly Love of Johnny X'

Both Battleship and The Cold Light of Day get the international treatment in the form of new trailers. First, Battleship essentially melds together the two domestic trailers we've seen thus far with hardly any new footage. Regardless of where you stand with the movie, the editing is pretty crisp.

Speaking of crisp editing, The Cold Day of Light takes the domestic trailer released a couple weeks ago and puts it through the editing process for a tighter and much more compelling international trailer. Take a look at them down below.

We can't leave out the indies. First up is the promising comedy Must Come Down, starring Ashly Burch and David Fetzer as a couple of unemployed people in the midst of their quarter-life crisis. The film chronicles the couple's brief, odd and hysterical journey.
The film will premiere at the Cinequest San Jose Film Festival next month.

Meanwhile, there's The Ghastly Love of Johnny X, and while the term retro sci-fi musical doesn't get bantered around as much as one might expect, this trailer certainly delivers an almost B-movie-esque story with singing, dancing juvenile delinquents from outer space. One can only imagine Robert Rodriguez, Quentin Tarantino and Eli Roth getting together to watch this film when it lands in theaters later this year.
