Trailers: Jennifer Lawrence's 'Horror 'House' and Chris Pine and Elizabeth Banks Are 'People Like Us'

Looking to capitalize on Jennifer Lawrence's spiking fame, Relativity has released a trailer for House at the End of the Street. The low-budget horror film uses the familiar plot line of a divorced mother and her daughter who find a house of their dreams in a small, upscale, rural town. But then inexplicable events start to happen…

House arrives in theaters September 21 and should probably make back its $7 million budget in one weekend.

Based on a real World War II veteran and family man turned bank robber, Scott Speedman stars as Eddie Boyd in Citizen Gangster. Disillusioned by his post war circumstances and torn between a need to provide for his young family and an unfulfilled dream to become a Hollywood star, he discovers a way to do both by robbing banks.

Citizen Gangster doesn't have a release date yet, but premiered at last year's Toronto Film Festival.

Chris Pine and Elizabeth Banks play Sam and Frankie, siblings who don't know they're siblings. You see, their father skipped out on Frankie when she was young. The father died, leaving Sam with the task of delivering $150,000 to the sister he's never met.

People Like Us hits theaters June 29.
