Trailer Watch: Sucker Punch and Bad Teacher

Sucker Punch

The second full-length trailer for Zack Snyder’s upcoming fantasy film Sucker Punch has arrived online, and if it proves anything it’ll be that, visually speaking, this will be one of the coolest films to look at all year. And based on this trailer, that’s exactly how Warner Bros. is selling this thing. Snyder, who’s brought us films like 300 and Watchmen, is extremely talented when it comes to creating visually arresting pieces of moving art – and while we can’t speak for the original story (Snyder’s first) behind the film, it definitely looks like a good time will be had by anyone who ventures out to watch this thing on the big screen.
Emily Browning, Abbie Cornish, Jena Malone, Vanessa Hudgens, Jamie Chung, Carla Gugino and Jon Hamm star in a movie about a bunch of girls trapped in a mental institution who use the fantasy world to help them earn the strength to escape their very real dark demons. Check for this one in theaters on March 25th.

We have to give you a bit of a warning with this one because this is a red-band trailer, which means it’s R-rated and chock-full of all sorts of foul language (hence the age restriction on the trailer). If you are of the appropriate age, though, what you’ll find is a hilarious trailer featuring Cameron Diaz in what looks to be one of her greatest roles ever, as a potty-mouthed, sexed-up elementary school teacher who attempts to woo a colleague (Justin Timberlake) because his family comes from money.
Check it out below, though be aware that it’s definitely NSFW
