Trailer: Marlon Wayans Spoofs 'Paranormal Activity' with 'A Haunted House'

The next Scary Movie won't be in theaters until mid-April. Who's going to spoof all the various horror movies in theaters right now? Leave it to Marlon Wayans, one half of the Wayans brothers who launched the Scary Movie franchise, to spoof the hottest horror franchise Hollywood has going right now – Paranormal Activity.

In A Haunted House, Wayans stars with screen wife Essence Atkins as a couple who moves into a haunted house and wacky things begin to unfold.

Then enter co-stars Cedric the Entertainer, Nick Swasdon and other C-list entertainers to deliver various tired punchlines.

Check out the first trailer courtesy of Yahoo Movies, but be warned, you're either going to love this or think it's terrible. Granted this is the green band version of an R-rated comedy, which isn't exactly an easy sell. Just look at the differences between the green and red band Movie 43 trailers.

Share your thoughts below. Will you check out A Haunted House when it arrives in theaters on January 11? What other found footage films do you think will be referenced in this spoof?
