'Thor: The Dark World’'s Tom Hiddleston in 7 of His Most Click-Worthy Professional Moments

Sweet dance moves, serious acting chops, spot-on impressions, using his celebrity for noble causes, general tallness, a British accent – it’s all just part of the amazing wrapped in glittery awesome that is Tom Hiddleston.

Ever since making his big-screen debut with Marvel’s Thor in 2011, the lanky, twinkly eyed actor has become the source of widespread global devotion, if his army (yep, Hiddles’ Army is a thing) is any indicator. Well, for those who heart him now anyway. I’ve been in love since Miss Austen Regrets... just so you know.

In one last promotional push for Thor: The Dark World – releasing in theaters nationwide today, November 8 – Hiddleston has shown everyone that he’s burdened with glorious purpose for good.

With that, seven endlessly clickable moments that will having us falling head over feet even more. As if we needed more reasons.

THE LOKIFICATION BEGINS

It all started when the Marvel panel at the San Diego Comic-Con was Loki’d, winning legions of fans over to his nefarious cause. (Team Loki forever.)

HAND-LING THE TRUTH

Comedy Central paired Loki with a group of (seemingly) sweet little children in a focus group. Naturally, it goes terribly wrong. Though not really. He did what us mere mortals wish we could.

SEOUL MAN

While promoting Thor in Korea, Hiddleston was asked to flaunt his fancy footwork. A classically trained dancer, he had no problem earning mad respect with move-busting so hot, the chair on stage with him can’t even handle it.

WE’RE UP ALL NIGHT TO GET LOKI

And he can sing too.

THE GOD OF GOOD

In a move that was sans trick and all treat, Loki himself flew from London to New York to thank Variety the Children’s Charity of New York and the Children’s Aid Society for their work with a special, kid-centric Halloween screening of Thor at AMC Empire 25 theater in Times Square cohosted by Disney, Marvel Studios and the Daily News. Fist bumps ensued. Little ones.

C IS FOR COOKIE

Mischief meets Muppet in a darling Sesame Street segment that sees Cookie Monster learning a very important lesson about self-regulation from his new friend. Hash tag #TomNomNom is just the chocolate chip in the cookie.

THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE… LOKI

While on the red carpet for the Thor 2 premiere in Hollywood, MTV reporter Josh Horowitz suggests this could be Hiddleston’s final Marvel premiere ever. Hiddleston has a surprising reaction that not only makes us want to hug him immediately, but also kind of leaves us wishing we could punch Horowitz in the kittens.
