'The Great Gatsby' Trailer: Leonardo DiCaprio Narrates the Life of a Literary Icon

Following the unveiling of new character posters over the past couple of days, Baz Luhrmann's The Great Gatsby has released a new trailer.

The film was part of a slate of movies that were postponed earlier this year. Luhrmann and his post-production crew went to work re-tooling the film and tweaking various 3D elements.

The Great Gatsby will now open on May 10, 2013 with a cast that includes Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire and Carey Mulligan.

Check out the new trailer below, along with the new character posters and sound off on whether this new trailer has landed Gatsby on your anticipated 2013 movies list or if it's just a jumbled cacophonous mess.
