'The Dark Knight Rises' Operation Early Bird Revealed

So after a week-long viral campaign featuring blacked-out CIA papers, we now know what Operation Early Bird is. As the countdown clock hit all zeroes, the site initially stalled with the overwhelming number of people logging on to find exactly what the heck it is.

Once the site was up and running, all was revealed. Operation Early Bird is a map of the world with various green illuminated dots spread out across the U.S., Canada and the U.K. Each dot signifies a theater that will be showing The Dark Knight Rises prologue in IMAX early, on December 13 at 10 p.m.

The unveiling follows a special press screening last night. You can read our spoiler-free reaction here.

Tickets can be accessed by going to the Operation Early Bird map page and clicking on the dot that's lighting up your city. You'll be transferred over to gofobo.com where tickets can then be purchased.
