Sequels: Max Landis Set to Write Another 'Chronicle' for Fox

Chronicle has been one of the sleeper hits of early 2012. Made on a tiny budget of $12 million, the sci-fi action flick has gone on to gross more than $61 million domestically (and counting) and over $105 million worldwide.

Given its superhero undertones, it seems strange that this movie hasn't done even bigger business, but FOX is banking on word of mouth from the first movie to transfer over to the next installment.
Max Landis, who wrote the first Chronicle movie, has been brought back to script a second movie. No word on what the story will be about or if actor Alex Russell will be back. Without giving anything away, odds are that this second Chronicle movie will focus on a new group of teens.

Did you see Chronicle? Are you interested in a second movie and what should it be about?
