Scoop This: 'The Hangover 2', 'The Great Gatsby' and 'The Dark Knight Rises'

Jamie Chung Joins 'The Hangover 2' Jamie Chung

As The Hangover 2 gears up to begin shooting in Thailand soon, Jamie Chung has joined the cast as Ed Helms' fiancé. You'll remember that Helms' character in the first movie was with a woman who yelled at him constantly, prompting him to finally tell her off at the end. Well, it looks like he'll have another lady love interest to handle in the sequel. Chung is a bit younger than him, and could be connected to the boys' trip abroad. Perhaps, like in the first movie when he met Heather Graham's character while in Vegas, he'll meets Chung's character while visiting Thailand? Hmm…
The Hangover 2 hits theaters this May 26th.
The Great Gatsby Looking for Leading Lady
With Leonardo DiCaprio and his real-life buddy Tobey Maguire set to take on the latest Great Gatsby adaptation, the search is on for Daisy Buchanan. Deadline reports that multiple ladies are in the hunt, as director Baz Lurhmann has narrowed down his search to include Keira Knightley, Amanda Seyfried, Blake Lively, Abbie Cornish, Michelle Williams and Natalie Portman. So basically, every young, pretty, popular actress out there has a shot at this role.

Charlize TheronCharlize Theron and Vera Farmiga Rumored for 'The Dark Knight Rises'
It's only a rumor right now, though Comic Book Movie claims (via a source) that Charlize Theron and Vera Farmiga are being eyed for two female roles in the next Batman movie. Theron is apparently up for the part of Detective Sarah Essen, a character who had an affair with Jim Gordon in the comics. Since it's unlikely they'll go that route in the movie, we expect Theron could be going for a juicier role like Catwoman.
Meanwhile, Farmiga – along with newcomer Kacie Thomas – are rumored to be up for the part of Julie Madison, one of Bruce Wayne's many girlfriends over the years. She does have some comic experience in plots dealing with villains like Clayface and Monk, so it's possible one of them are involved here, too. Keep in mind that none of this is official, so take it with a grain of salt for now.
