Robert Pattinson Hates 'Twilight.' Just Ask Him

We’ve been heavy on the Twilight content lately, but this is far too good not to post.
Few actors like to drive a stake through their cash cow franchises. This is why Bruce Willis returns for A Good Day to Die Hard, and Tom Cruise circles a fifth Mission: Impossible. And yet, Twilight heartthrob Robert Pattinson failed to hide his contempt for Stephenie Meyer and the film franchise that made him a global sensation … and this short compilation of interview footage from various Twilight junkets shows his disdain.
How can you tell? Well, he describes his acting style as “constipation,” and he bashes the scene in Breaking Dawn where the Cullens use Google to find out how to raise a vampire baby. So classic! Stay to the end: His confession to Jimmy Fallon is pretty great.

The clip’s not enough for you? There’s even a Tumblr account
But tell us, Twilight fans. Is RPatz being too harsh by biting the hand that has steadily fed him high-class meals for years? Is this his sense of humor? Or is he turning his back on Twilight and never looking back? We’d love to know if this bugs you, and maybe causes you to jump from Team Edward to Team Jacob once and for all.
