Poll: You Pick the Box Office Winner (5/13-5/15)

In a poll earlier this week, 81% of those who saw Thor during its opening weekend thought the movie was either awesome or very good. That positive reaction helped propel the first superhero movie of the summer to a first weekend domestic take of $65.7 mil (it's also doing booming biz in the international market). This week, two new challengers emerge to attempt to capture the top spot. Let's take a look…

What's The Scoop: Kristen Wiig leads a group of oddball bridesmaids through bride-to-be Maya Rudolph's wedding.
Why It Might Win The Weekend: Positive reviews (91% certified freshness rating on RottenTomatoes) and positive word of mouth could propel this raunchy female-driven comedy to the top.
What's The Scoop: Paul Bettany stars in a western-fused with-post-apocalyptic thriller about a priest who disobeys his church to track down the vampires who kidnapped his niece.
Why It Might Win The Weekend: Call it the anti-Bridesmaids. For those looking for action and thrills (and Maggie Q in 3D), Priest could give Thor and Fast Five a run in the action genre.
My Prediction: While Bridesmaids is getting a lot of critical love, my guess is that people will use this weekend to see if the 81% of you who thought Thor was awesome/very good were right. Look for Thor to pull in another $30 million and retain the top spot with Bridesmaids, Priest and Fast Five dueling for second at around $17 million each.
Other Picks: For those looking to catch a smaller, indie flick, Will Ferrell and Rebecca Hall star in Everything Must Go while Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Natalie Portman (yes, another Natalie Portman movie) star in Hesher. Fans of the martial arts genre will probably enjoy True Legend from Yuen Woo Ping (he choreographed the fights in Kill Bill, The Matrix trilogy and Crouching Tiger).
Now it's your turn. Who do you think will capture the top spot at the box office this weekend? Vote below and sound off in the comments section!
