Poll: Would You Want 'Bad Boys 3'?

Yes, in case you haven't noticed, we're pimpin' out Will Smith movies today with news about potential sequels in the works. Though Michael Bay is busy working on Transformers 3, and Will Smith is more than busy working on a number of projects (which include sequels to Men in Black and potentially Independence Day), it wouldn't seem like there'd be a lot of wiggle room for a third installment in the Bad Boys franchise. Then again, you probably haven't spoken to Martin Lawrence much lately.

'Bad Boys'

While everyone else is busy on other projects, Lawrence talked up a potential Bad Boys 3 to MTV, telling the site that a sequel has already been talked about. He says, "It's real realistic. We've talked about Bad Boys 3…Any time you can get Big Willie to come out and talk about doing a third installment of a hot movie like 'Bad Boys,' you have to take notice," Lawrence explained. "I met with Michael Bay, and he said he's onboard too — so it's real."

Lawrence added that they're now waiting on producer Jerry Bruckheimer to decide when "it's really real," so until then this isn't, um, real…I think. Could Michael Bay jump right from one part three over to another? He's not usually that type of filmmaker, but I guess anything is possible. Bad Boys 3 in 3D, here we come!

But is a Bad Boys 3 necessary? Sound off in our poll below and let us know your thoughts on whether Bad Boys 3 is a good idea…
