Poll: Should Lindsay Lohan Return to Acting?

Though Lindsay Lohan is currently waiting to see if she’ll be heading back to jail for allegedly swiping some expensive jewelry and then "forgetting" to return it, that’s not stopping folks from talking up her next film role in the hopes she’ll be able to return to acting sooner rather than later. Not long ago it was rumored that Lohan was up for the part of Lois Lane in the new Superman movie, but that didn’t seem to go anywhere for reasons that include Warner Bros. not wanting to take a risk on an actress who may be heading to prison soon.Lindsay Lohan
Another reason why it’ll be hard to get the girl some work is because it’s too expensive to insure her. One producer, however, feels he can insure Lohan by making sure someone is keeping an eye on her 24/7, and so he’s interested in having her star in a film called Escaping the Game, about an investigator who tries to uncover a mystery involving celebrities who go missing by faking their own deaths and escaping to a remote island. Seems like the strangest premise we’ve seen in awhile, but hey – Ms. Lohan has to take what she can get, right?
With all these casting rumors popping up – and Lohan’s obvious desire to return to acting in the news – we want to know whether the girl should even try to make a comeback. Do you think her name is way too tainted that she’ll never be able to take on a meaningful film role ever again? Or does she deserve a chance to prove she’s turned her life around.
