The Huntsman/The Mummy: The sequel to Snow White and the Huntsman now has an official release date (April 22, 2016), a confirmed director (Frank Darabont), and a new, official title: The Huntsman. Chris Hemsworth and Charlize Theron will return in starring roles. Universal Studios also announced that its reboot of The Mummy, to be directed by Alex Kurtzman, is moving from April 22 to June 24, 2016, marking it as a summer blockbuster. [SlashFilm]


What If: It's been three years since the last Harry Potter movie, but Daniel Radcliffe can still draw a crowd. His new romantic comedy What If was scheduled for a red-carpet premiere event at a shopping mall in Mexico City this week, but the event had to be canceled by the civil protection agency because "an unexpectedly large number of fans" showed up with the hope of seeing the star.
