Wild Trailer: Based on a best-selling memoir by Cheryl Strayed, Wild tells the story of a woman who sets off impulsively on a 1,000 mile hike in the wake of her mother's death and the dissolution of her marriage. Star Wars Rebels: We got our first look at The Inquisitor, the primary Star Wars Rebels villain, last year, and now Agent Kallus, his "right-hand man," has finally been revealed. David Oyelowo (Lincoln) will voice the character on the series, which debuts this fall on the Disney Channel and then will air regularly on the Disney XD channel. [Los Angeles Times]

 

L.A. Confidential / Gangster Squad

Nice Guys: Confirming a previous report, Russell Crowe and Ryan Gosling will star in Nice Guys, to be directed by Shane Black (Iron Man 3). The project now has the backing of Warner Bros.; it revolves around the suspected suicide of a porn star in 1970s Los Angeles that escalates into a full-fledged conspiracy. The lead characters are a private detective and a "muscle for hire" who investigate the case. [Variety]

 

The Grand Budapest Hotel

The Grand Budapest Hotel: Wes Anderson's The Grand Budapest Hotel received excellent reviews from critics and has earned more than $166 million at the box office worldwide. Now it's getting good reviews on a travel site; a mock profile has been posted to promote the film's recent release on home video in the UK, and while most of the reviews appear to be part of the stunt, several veteran contributors have joined in the fun to praise the hotel as though it existed in real life.
