Green Acres: The popular 1960s TV sitcom Green Acres is heading to the big screen -- and maybe to Broadway. The series followed Eddie Albert as he dragged his wife (Eva Gabor) from Manhattan's Park Avenue to the tiny town of Hooterville, the home of a host of amusing rural characters. Screen rights have been acquired by an independent production company, which is now looking for a writer-director and is also shopping the stage rights. [Deadline]

Star Wars Rebels Trailer: The first full trailer for Star Wars Rebels features Stormtroopers, TIE fighters, lightsabers, a few other familiar sights and sounds -- and our first look at the Inquisitor, the Empire's Jedi hunter.
