New Trailer for 'Green Lantern' Released

We’re about a month away from Ryan Reynolds donning the CGI Green Lantern costume and saving the world from “an unprecedented danger.” A new trailer was released today (and will screen during the previews of Thor this weekend) and, if anything, gives us an idea of why Warner Bros. had to bring in extra help in the CGI department.

In this final trailer, the comedy is toned down and we get our first glimpse of The Green Lantern Corps. as well as the effects of the evil parasite called Parallax on Hector Hammond (Peter Sarsgaard), the government scientist who becomes a big-brained baddie.
Initial reaction so far has been mixed, with some sites saying, “some comic book characters are better left on paper,” [Moviefone]  while others laud the CG effects saying, “the overall effects work looks quite good.” [RopeofSilicon] Check out the trailer below and let us know what you think.
