New on DVD: 'Lincoln' Serves Up History (Plus Giveaway!)

Lincoln Another week, another Oscar winner...this week it's Steven Spielberg's masterwork starring Daniel Day-Lewis, who quite literally disappears into his role as the 16th president that won him a Best Actor Oscar this year. Set in the last few months of his time in office, the story focuses on Lincoln's determination to eradicate slavery and end the war; yes, it's a history lesson, but it's a human tale too, about a man's determination to do what he sees as right. Extras: Spielberg talks about making the film, and the Virginia location (DVD/BD); the BD adds four more featurettes on the sets, production, Day-Lewis' portrayal and the sound design.
