New '11-11-11' Trailer Unleashes Numerological Horror

After watching the latest trailer for Darren Lynn Bousman’s latest horror offering, 11-11-11, one can’t help but be reminded of similar numbers-based thrillers The Number 23 and Knowing. Those movies didn’t receive great good decent reviews, so it’s hard to tell how this latest numbers game movie will perform. Bousman has a string of big budget horror movies under his belt though, having helmed Saw 2, 3 and 4 along with the blink-and-you-missed-it 2010 horror flick Mother’s Day.

In 11-11-11, Michael Landes’ Samuel starts to notice that the number 11 is cropping up throughout prominent moments in his life. From there we dive into an intense, surreal barrage of numerological horror weirdness capped by an entity from another world arriving on Earth through Heaven’s eleventh gate on the eleventh day of the eleventh month in 2011.
Check out the latest trailer below and share your thoughts below. 11-11-11 arrives in theaters on November 10, of course.
