Meet the Four New Ninja Turtles from Michael Bay's Reboot

Last week the first of four new Ninja Turtles in Michael Bay's reboot was cast with former Aquaman actor Alan Ritchson signing on to play Raphael.

Now the three other roles from the butt-kicking turtle quartet have been filled.

Pete Ploszek, who had single-episode guest roles on Shameless and Parks and Recreation, will play the leader, Leonardo.

Journeyman actor Jeremy Howard, who most recently guest-starred on Suburgatory, Grey's Anatomy and Breaking Bad will play the brainy Donatello.

Noel Fisher, best known for playing Mickey on Shameless, will round out the team playing free-spirited Michaelangelo.

The lack of famous names was intentional due to early concerns from Paramount about budget issues which caused the film to be delayed into 2014. The use of unfamiliar actors makes sense as well since all four will be utilizing Avatar-esque performance capture technology for their roles.

The only other confirmed cast member to date is Megan Fox, who will be portraying April O'Neil. No word yet on who will play the Turtles sensei and adoptive father, Splinter, though casting is likely to select another unfamiliar face for that role as well.

As of now, the plot finds aliens who invade Earth that inadvertently spawn the mutated reptile warriors, the Ninja Turtles, who take on the invaders and defend the world. The film will be the first time alien villain Krang will appear in a live-action film.

Battle: Los Angeles' Jonathan Liebesman directs with Bay producing. Ninja Turtles is due in theaters on June 6, 2014.
