Back at the turn of the century, M. Night Shyamalan burst onto the scene with a pair of great movies – The Sixth Sense and Unbreakable. Some might say that it's been a downhill slide ever since, though yesterday, we gave you ten reasons he's still a good director.
There has been talk of sequelizing Unbreakable for quite some time, either for nostalgic purposes or hopes that Shyamalan might be able to tap into something that made him the buzzed-about director of the previous decade.
Shyamalan said it was "his agenda" to make another one saying, "As long as it can be connected to something that I'm feeling right now, then I'll work for me, it'll be valid and I'll enjoy it. If it feels like a mechanical thing where I'm doing it because it'll be profitable or successful, then that'd just be so hollow."
