First Trailer for 'Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones' Haunts the Streets of Oxnard, CA

Paramount Pictures released today the first trailer for Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones, which takes a Latino spin on the Paranormal franchise. Set in the barrios of Oxnard, California, the film follows a group of Mexican-American friends haunted by mysterious black-magic forces. Andrew Jacobs stars as Jesse, who begins to discover rare markings on his body and ultimately becomes possessed by evil.  But get this: Jesse's newfound powers are used to fight off local cholos.

The film, directed by Christopher Landon, who wrote the script for the last three Paranormal Activity films, is set to hit a theater near you next January.
