Fanboy Fix: 'Wolverine' Set Pics, 'Captain America' Plot Details and 'Iron Man 3' MTV Sneak Peek

MTV continues to roll out the promotional videos for this weekend's MTV Movie Awards. While we already know the teaser trailer for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire will debut Sunday night, another blockbuster is joining the awards party.

A sneak peek of Iron Man 3 will be shown with "never before seen" footage to help stoke ticket sales. Advance tickets went on sale earlier this week. Check out the promo below.

Iron Man 3 arrives in theaters May 3.

Speaking of Marvel, the studio announced on Monday that Captain America: The Winter Soldier began filming in Los Angeles. The sequel will also shoot in Cleveland and Washington D.C. in the coming months.

In the press release, Marvel offered casting and plot updates to go along with the first image, below.

"Captain America: The Winter Soldier will pick-up where Marvel's The Avengers left off, as Steve Rogers struggles to embrace his role in the modern world and teams up with Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow to battle a powerful yet shadowy enemy in present-day Washington, D.C."

The cast will have Chris Evans in the title role along with Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Cobie Smulders as Agent Maria Hill, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Toby Jones as Armin Zola and Hayley Atwell as Peggy Carter. Jones and Atwell starred in the first Captain America movie.

Casting additions include Robert Redford as Agent Alexander Pierce, a senior leader within S.H.I.E.L.D.; Sebastian Stan as The Winter Soldier/Bucky Barnes; Anthony Mackie as The Falcon; Frank Grillo as Brock Rumlow; and MMA star Georges St-Pierre as Georges Batroc. Revenge star Emily VanCamp plays the pivotal supporting role of Sharon Carter/Agent 13 and will be partnered (sort of) with Maximiliano Hernandez, playing Agent Jasper Sitwell. Hernandez has appeared in The Avengers and Thor.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier hits theaters April 4, 2014.

Wrapping up our tour through Marvel today are four behind-the-scenes set pics from The Wolverine that were tweeted out earlier today by director James Mangold.

They give us a look at the crew setting up the train sequence, filming a Yakuza battle, setting up a funeral in Tokyo and a pic of Tao Okamoto as Wolverine's love, Mariko. Click on any of the images for larger versions.

The Wolverine hits theaters July 26.
