Mark Wahlberg Addresses Transformers 4 Dinobots Rumor... Sort Of

It's a rumor that has been floating around for several months and while Transformers 4 star Mark Wahlberg didn't necessarily deny the appearance of Dinobots in the franchise reboot, many people online are reading into his response during an interview with MTV.

When asked about the rumor, Wahlberg replied, "None of your business. You don't want me to get replaced halfway through production for divulging secrets."

Wahlberg was then asked if he knew what the Dinobot are. He jokingly and reluctantly replied, "Don't question my geek. I can out geek you."

Bleeding Cool caught up with Johnson to ask him about the Avengers sequel. Johnson reveals that he was indeed offered the role but it sounds as though he's waiting to see how prominent the character will be in Whedon's final draft.

"Firstly, I'm flattered to have been offered to be one of The Avengers. Honestly, I think it's one of the best f**king compliments you can have, to be part of that gang. For me, it's always about character, so if you haven't got the basis of something to grab hold of in the personality, you're lost… We'll keep working on it and we'll see."
