Mark Wahlberg Addresses Transformers 4 Dinobots Rumor... Sort Of
It's a rumor that has been floating around for several months and while Transformers 4 star Mark Wahlberg didn't necessarily deny the appearance of Dinobots in the franchise reboot, many people online are reading into his response during an interview with MTV.
When asked about the rumor, Wahlberg replied, "None of your business. You don't want me to get replaced halfway through production for divulging secrets."
Wahlberg was then asked if he knew what the Dinobot are. He jokingly and reluctantly replied, "Don't question my geek. I can out geek you."
Somewhere a bunch of Transformers geeks just felt the urge to answer that challenge.
Katy Perry Is Waiting for Ridley Scott to Call Her About Blade Runner 2
Before we jump into this, just know that just because Katy Perry has expressed interest in playing Rachael in Blade Runner 2 doesn't mean it will necessarily happen. Although what better way to get teenage boys into theaters on opening night, am I right?
Speaking with British site Metro, Perry revealed that, "I would really love to play Rachael in Blade Runner 2, if Ridley would just call! I think I'd enjoy playing the opposite of what you expect."

Aaron Johnson Hasn't Signed on to Play Quicksilver in The Avengers Sequel... Yet
Last month, news broke that Aaron Johnson, best known for playing the title role in the Kick-Ass franchise, was being considered for the role of Quicksilver in Avengers: Age of Ultron. Now as he begins to make the rounds to promote Kick-Ass 2, he's opening up a bit about the sequel.
Bleeding Cool caught up with Johnson to ask him about the Avengers sequel. Johnson reveals that he was indeed offered the role but it sounds as though he's waiting to see how prominent the character will be in Whedon's final draft.
"Firstly, I'm flattered to have been offered to be one of The Avengers. Honestly, I think it's one of the best f**king compliments you can have, to be part of that gang. For me, it's always about character, so if you haven't got the basis of something to grab hold of in the personality, you're lost… We'll keep working on it and we'll see."

CW Preps the Flash Origin Series; Feature Film Being Written for 2016 Release
Meanwhile on the other side of the comic book universe, CW President Mark Pedowitz confirmed today that The Flash will be arriving on the small screen. Pedowitz said the series would focus on Barry Allen and would be an origin story. The character will make his first appearance as a recurring star on Arrow, a stand-alone CW series focusing on the Green Arrow.
THR added that Greg Berlanti is developing a big-screen version of The Flash for a 2016 release. He will apparently direct the movie as well as cowrite it with Chris Brancato, Michael Green, Geoff Johns and Marc Guggenheim.

Finally, it's amazing no one did this in the run up to the release of Pacific Rim, but one enterprising YouTuber has reedited the Pacific Rim trailer in the theme of the classic Toho Godzilla movies. Let the awesome wave of nostalgia wash over you and watch out for the "erubo roketto!"
