He took the Whos' feast, he took the Who pudding, he took the roast beast. He cleaned out that ice box as quick as a flash. Why, the Grinch even took their last can of Who hash.
Oh, that Grinch! As cranky as he is, you can’t resist watching How the Grinch Stole Christmas, a classic tradition during the holidays. For a comfy evening of family fun, settle in to view the iconic Dr. Seuss film along with a big plate of Who-themed food for dinner and a movie.
Succulent Roast Beast made in a crock pot with just three ingredients, red wine vinegar, peppercorns and salt, makes for an easy to prep and serve main course. The flavor of the peppercorns is surprisingly subtle and has just the right amount of pop when you bite into them. The roast is perfectly paired with a side of Grinch fingers green beans, simply sauteed in a little olive oil with chopped shallot.
Even if the Grinch takes the last can of Who Hash, you can make your own by cooking up a Potato and Kale Hash made with fingerling potatoes, bacon and some healthy kale. The hearty side dish is a comfy, colorful addition to this merry holiday meal.
The best way to end a splendid Who holiday feast is with an airy, green tea mascarpone Who pudding. The matcha powder adds a touch of Grinch-like color and is topped it off with a red heart sprinkle. This festive dessert will definitely make your heart grow three sizes with love, just like the Grinch himself.
Making a family tradition of serving this fun and entertaining Merry Grinchmas meal while watching the movie is a great way to create unforgettable holiday memories.
Christmas Day will always be, just as long as we have we.
