Jeremy Renner talks about how the version of Hawkeye that ended up in The Avengers was not the version he signed on to play. "At the end of the day, 90% of the movie, I'm not the character I signed on to play. I'm literally in there for two minutes, and then all of a sudden… There's a lot of unanswered questions, even for me." Wait 'til The Avengers 2 script arrives. [Hero Complex]

However today, we've learned that Winstead will indeed make a cameo appearance in the film, thanks to a blog post by an extra on the film. "I got to work with Bruce Willis again, which is always nice. The best, though, was that I got to work with Mary Elizabeth Winstead, who plays Willis' daughter." The blog post has since been removed [Bleeding Cool]
