Absolutely the funniest movie of this genre I've seen in years. I laughed out loud way more often than I did for "It's Complicated" and it was a very good funny movie too.

I really liked Rachel McAdams in "The Notebook", and I like Dianne Keaton. I have to say though that this movie was so full of unlikeable people that it was not enjoyable. Harrison Ford is horrible as a very unlikeable old man (very much like he was in "Extraordinary Measures"). I guess the acting is good, but it's hard to get past his hateful character. Jeff Goldblum is also a mean and nasty man. I also don't enjoy crude language and hearing Dianne scream the F bomb didn't help. She did not become likeable until the last quarter of the movie. I would not recommend it because of the foul language and the constant negativity throughout until the last 20 minutes of the movie. If you want to see a movie that will make you feel good, this is not it. It does have it's funny moments, but the pain and suffering that it takes to get to that point are not worth it.

Coming out just before the launch of the big "Seasonal" films, and in the throws of other more anticipated and well promoted films, Morning Glory gets lost in the shuffle. They could have promoted some of the funnier scenes better to draw us in, as the current trailers don't do the movie justice. But I enjoyed this movie, and laughed my A** off mid stream (after a rather slow start) as the film started to take off. I do think it could have been developed a bit further and given a little more attention to the character development of Harrison Ford and Diane Keaton's roles...but all in all...this movie is fun. Did I mention I laughed my A** off mid film?? Honestly I haven't laughed that hard in a while and I had to stop to catch my breath and wipe the tears of laughter for a few of the scenes. Those scenes alone made the movie well worth while to me!

A rundown morning show program desperately in need of a TV producer who can give the show a swift kick in the ratings butt to keep it from getting canned. Add to this a pigheaded, over the hill news anchor and you got a pinch of comedy, drama, action, and romance. A great movie. With Rachel McAdams - Harrison Ford - Diane Keaton – and Jeff Goldblum. I know the poster stinks. But it’s a fabulous funny comedy. 5 stars

This is a very cute and funny movie. I saw it with my boyfriend and we both were laughing throughout the entire movie. Rachel McAdams will steal your heart.
