This film was a very odd little piece, that would appeal to a specific audience. It had the look and feel of John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd's 'Neighbors'. If you like dark comedy with a twist...welcome.

Moonrise Kingdom was a touching yet hilarious story that I is one of my top movies. If you've seen Hugo and liked it, this movie is just as good if not better

This movie was a bit odd as are all Wes Anderson flicks but it has two very cute likable pre-teen characters that make it a fun and enjoyable movie experience. My word to describe this movie is cute. Great performances were provided by all the actors and, particularly, the pre-teen protagonists.

Great movie! Proves human connection is so much more powerful than cell phones and social media. Two kids, feeling out of place and alone, meet and instantly recognize something unwritten in each other and make plans to run away to be together. Their actions make people around them realize they need to look deeper at someone who seems so different from themselves and realize they are not so different after all.

An amazingly wonderful film, like a odd and quirky (almost) modern fairytale. One of my favorite movies of the year, if not my absolute favorite. Jared Gilman and Kara Hayward were refreshingly perfect as Sam Shakusky and Suzy Bishop, the two love-fated pre-teens. Great acting, wonderful dialogue and story. Must go!
