The anticipation for this movie has been driving my 6 year old nuts for months now. I was glad that I purchased tickets ahead of time because while in line to pick up our tickets, I heard that they were sold out. The movie was funny and it kept his attention. Even my husband liked it. I look forward to adding it to our movie collection when it comes out on DVD.

We loved Monster Inc, its always been a favorite, so we have been looking forward to this one for a long time! Im happy to say that it didnt disappoint! My kids were preschool aged when the first one came out and now they are 8 and 10 which is great because i did feel that some of the content was better for older kids this time, and it made more sense. Sort of like Toy sStory"s progression up to part three. This one actually does have content that I feel would be scary to kids under 5. In fact, the family that sat behind us had a little girl who appeared to be around 3, and toward the end she was begging her family to take her home. So, GO SEE IT!!!! But consider it more carefully if your kids are younger or sensitive. LOVED IT!!!!!

Saw the movie last night- VERY GOOD. Pixar does an excellent job once again of following the generation that grew up with Toy Story. This movie does a very good job catering to the college students whether the student has been there one year or is about to graduate. This movie like all other Disney-Pixar movies continues to deliver a great good-feeling family movie that teaches kids to always believe in themselves and follow their dreams. I strongly suggest going and seeing this movie very soon.

This was a good movie in general. Not as good as the first Monsters movie, though. Not sure what it was, or maybe it just didn't quite live up to the standard that the first Monsters movie set. One of the issues that I had with this movie was that if you never saw the first Monsters movie there were things about this one that you wouldn't understand or would have difficulty following. All in all, though, it was a good movie to go see and no major cons to this movie.
