Another winner from Pixar

Not sure there is such a thing as a bad Pixar movie (at least not one that I've seen). There were some true moments of laughing out loud as the wife and I thought about College life as well as several parts where the kiddos were in absolute stitches. Not too scary but a decent amount of tension and a decent message as well. Worth the money and fun to watch in 3D! Not my favorite Pixar flick - but still - worth the watch in the theater. This one will probably make the home collection as well.

I wouldn't say it's the best Pixar movie but it was good fun and enjoyable! Perfect to escape the world for an hour and a half!

I took my 11 year old granddaughter and her friend to see this movie and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The animation was fantastic and the lessons about true friendship were excellent.

Son loved it, but not as good as first one

My 6-year-old loved this movie, which makes it a success since he's the target audience. But there's not nearly as much here for adults to enjoy as the first one. It was very formulaic and did not show much edge or originality. Not bad, but not great either.

Disney-Pixar did a spectacular job of providing a comprehensive backstory for Monsters Inc., with this sequel. Amazing and detailed environments, fantastic and diverse characters and just all around fun for adults and kids alike. (Hopefully all those adults are still kids!) 3D was worth the money, and the addition of Parks and Rec star Aubrey Plaza in her first animated feature as the president of the Greek Council was great. Best of all it's a boon to those kids who feel like underdogs and celebrates the differences in each unique character.
