The Art of Struggle

The film embodies the struggles young people who grow up poor and witness violence go through. This struggle plays a huge role in the psychological makeup of ones character but you don't have to let that environmental makeup define who you become. It keeps you on the edge of your seat and while some scenes are satisfyingly predictable, it carries through with nice twists. The direction is artistic and the acting chops shows that there are other actors in Hollywood besides the huge names who know how to carry and bring it in a film. The score is great as well.

Acting was so so... Storyline is repetitive, felt as if the cinematography and directing weren't in sync. I do not recommend.
