Awesome IMAX 3D and sound was incredible. Holy crap it was great! This is Metallica up close and personal on stage. Feels like you are on stage with them. The stage effects were amazing. One's laser show and sound were great, Ride The Lighting, And Justice for All..... You gotta see this in IMAX 3D. Can't even compare to anything.

The concert footage was amazing, the sound quality blew me away and the character story was haunting and gripping with great special effects. I can't wait to see it again!

A must see whether or not you love Metallica. The footage of the concert is superb. Great sound and crispness. The story line is a little discombobulated but it works. I am now addicted to IMAX 3D. Not for the too young and impressionable. I cannot wait for the DVD. Rock on....

I have seen Metallica on many occasions but this was thw first time for my son. It was a great experience and we both rocked it out with some diehard Metallica fans that may it even nicer. Can't say much for the storyline but we weren't there for that. Good prep for my son to see Metallica live some day.

Metallica Through the Never did an awesome job capturing the band's concert experience. Although not blown away by the 3D effects, it make you seem like you were at the concert, not a movie. The sound at the IMAX theater was outstanding. (Could have been a little louder!) If you are a Metallica fan, this movie is a must see. One question was left in my and everyone else's head after the movie: What was in...nevermind, you'll ask the question after you see it.
