Like Life in a Small Town

I saw this movie at a sneak peak preview and I LOVED IT. It is not a fast-paced mainstream movie with explosions and action, but it is character driven and a story about life in a small town. The acting was believable and nicely done. You learned who the characters were by what they said and the actions they took in situations. Ellen Burstyn is delightful as Georgiana Carr, Colin Firth is perfect, and Orlando Bloom as Harris is excellent. There is really nothing in this movie that would make it a no-go for kids. The pace of the film portrays life in a small town, slow, sweet, and steady. I would definitely pay again to see this movie. Just don't expect a thrill ride, but a sweet story about real people and real life in small town America.
