Magnum (Tom Selleck) offers protection to Linda Andrews (Stephanie Dunham), a deaf artist who is the only witness to a bank holdup in which four people were murdered. Holed up in Robin's Nest, Linda endeavors to identify the killers via her artwork, which even by non-detective standards is most impressive. Meanwhile, the villains formulate a scheme to bring the hapless girl out in the open.
