This was a FUN family movie! I just saw it today with my mom, daughter, and niece. Three generations were able to enjoy this movie and laugh together! Madagascar 3 was funny from the beginning to end and I was delighted with the intricate 3D graphics. Lots of beautiful colors and it flowed well with a funny storyline that kept you interested. :)

What a greast movie--for kids and adults. Such imagination, and the production is superb. Can;t say enough good things. I laughed out loud at times, and so did my grandsons. An absolute must see. SMH

#3 is great for adults, a little more grown up for littler kids

I enjoyed Madagascar 3 about as much as I enjoyed the other 2 films, but my enjoyment these days is really filtered through my preschooler. I thought the first two were at the gentler end of PG whereas this one was much scarier. Having a fanatical bad guy who literally spent the movie trying to gun down and kill our heroes was a bit darker than previous "bad guys." The pacing on this one was also much more frantic and eye exhausting. For myself, I really liked how the story came full circle and I found the ending extremely satisfying and uplifting. My son of course loved the silliness of the circus and I loved the Cirque du Soleil parallels. I thought it interesting that the standouts from previous films, namely King Julian and the penguins, were really sidelined in this story. So, with our four zoo friends front and center, the storytelling and dialogue weren't quite as clever as in previous installments, in my opinion. But overall, I thought it was a great installment to the series.

This is a great movie for all kids! (even ones that are just kids at heart) I took my kids ages 12 to 5. We all walked out singing "polka dot polka dot afro". There is a great lesson to be learned throughout the movie about the value of true friendship. Definately a must see in my book

Madagascar 3 Europe's Most Wanted

We were three adults,(in our 60's) that went to see this movie and thought it was a fun, entertaining movie. There were hidden lessons for the younger crowd like don't ever give up on something or think you are not good enough to follow your dreams. There was also a villian that in the end did not get what she wanted, and of course all the funny parts in between. The music was good and the graphics were excellent. My sister-in-law said she would see it again! My wife and I will certainly enjoy this again as well, with the grandchildren when it is released for home viewing.
