An afternoon of unbridled sex on the floor of the Buchmans' apartment has disastrous consequences when Jamie (Helen Hunt) throws out her back. Virtually immobile, she is at the mercy of her sister Lisa (Anne Ramsay), who enjoys nothing better than "payback time."
