    This movie was just terrible the effects were weak the plot was weak, and the prisoners were not scary at all they just made them cross eyed overall worst movie of 2012

    This movie is so bad!! The acting sucks!!!!!! It's so boring that my fiancé fell asleep! I wasted two hours of my life. Ugh.

    This was just one of those wonderful action films with great dialogue

    and it was funny, it made me smile and the action was great and you laughed at the jokes. I did read a note by a critic who said 'your Republican friends will love it' due to the political jokes - my reaction was 'REALLY dude? Can't take what you dish out?' Stupid. The movie is good, the humor is good and it's just a great time out.

    The makers of ID4 never really seemed to understand why that movie was good and their subsequent 'made by the makers of Independence Day' movies weren't. The makers of this movie got it.

    I'm buying a copy.

    INCREDIBLE!!

    Two main characters were amazing!!!!! This movie is full of intense action and funny moments! The only downside is that you need to pay attention to fully understand the situation. Otherwise it was awesome. Go see this movie if you can!!!

    I haven"t seen the movie yet but it looks good and I have heard some good things about it. I just wanted to comment on people complaining that they paid 25 to go see a movie, you know going in how much it is going to cost and on a movie like this it is a gamble.I have only paid full price to go to the theater once in the past two years and that was to go see Hungers games. I have found a wonderful movie theater that has new movie but only a month or two after they originally come out and I am about to go see Lockout for $1.25.

    I thought the movie was good. I don't know why the trailer description only says "a man is wrongly convicted of espionage". more accurate would be "a wrongfully accused man is comissioned to rescue the presidents daughter from a prison in space".

    It's ok watched it for $2 well worth the $2 probably wouldn't of spent the $10 but thank go I live near $2 theater
