    Typical and Predictable

     by  ZaEfron12

The casting was perfect...pair "The Office's" funny and likeable John Krasinski with the charming Mandy Moore and you have a cute unpredictable couple. Better yet, throw in Robin Williams as the nosey, saint-like preacher to spice things up a bit. Yet even with all the hillarious moments that play out as Sadie (Moore) and Ben (Krasinski) try to complete Reverend Frank's pre-marriage course, the movie still has a very typical feel to it. It's just one of those movies that you can just figure out how the ending is going to come about, despite the obvious break-up that is envitable within any romantic comedy. Don't get me wrong, the acting, especially on Williams' part is hillarious. His ability to dish out sarcastic comic remarks is definately one of his fortes. But there was just no part of the movie that proved as a shocker. Since this movie is geared toward an older audience who can relate to the hardships and reality of marriage, this film is really not as funny for younger viewers.

    License To Wed

This movie was good. Not as Hilarious as i thought it was going to be. But it did alright. Suprised me with the certain antics going on. I would watch again though. Very good plot, and storyline. They also SHOULD actually have a course before marriage would save alot of people alot of time, and a lot of men alot of money.

    FUnny and Hilarious

To be honest, i purchased the tickets thinking this movie was a different movie. I realized about twenty minutes into the show. However, i stayed because the movie was fonominal. The plot was funny and Robin Williams was a crack up The ending was cute It made alot of since for Robin Williams to put the couple through marriage counslieing before they were even married. They got to learn about each other tempers and bad sides and what not to do to make them upset. The part of not being able to make love to you fiance was hilarious. I found that to be so funny. I would not agree with the devices he planted throughout there house, but he had to do what he had to do. Overall, arriving to the theartres planning to see a movie and ending up seeing something completely different was acutally cool. Me and my girlfriend both enjoyed the show and would buy it off racks at local stores I also think that if couples maybe tried this before marriage that they could possibly last longer or even forevr

It was funny. Not as funny as I had hoped, but funny nonetheless.

    Too much License

     by  LanceSwoop

There is no doubt that Robin Williams is one of America's most gifted commedians. His rapid-fire and stream of conscience delivery is apparently so intoxicating that few directors have the discipline to keep his outbursts relevant to the story or his character. In this instance, like RV and others, Robin is as often off of the mark as on. In this film particularly, too much is simply mean spirited. Funny on its own, but not consistabt with the story kline or his character. The story is not well written and much of what transpires seems to act simply as an excuse for Robin to go off again. Not a good use of your money or time.
