Legend of the Guardians

I did not see this movie in 3D, but none the less, I was WOW'd by the level of detail. From the tiniest fragment of feathers moving to the realistic minute twitches of skin around the eyes and beaks of the owls, the technological detail in this movie was phenominal. I had seen some comments prior to seeing this movie about the violence, but there was no more or less than was present in Avatar. There were children present in the theater when I attended and none of them seemed to be uncomfortable in the least. Although, on the whole, the plot was the typical good vs. evil story line, I still feel this movie is a worthwhile 'must see', especially if you enjoy a good story that is well presented with spectacular imagery. I highly recommend this movie. My next plan is to find it in 3D since I missed it when it was here in Myrtle Beach.

Excellent overall, the graphics were stunning, and the humor was entertaining even for an adult. For a movie aimed at younger audiences I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the movie. I would definitely recommend seeing this movie.

Liked this movie very much. the animation was exceptional, and it was nice to see a movie that was more suited to my 9 and 12 year old. Definitely a great boy movie, with more action, and less frills.
