Celebration Day

I have been waiting over 30 yrs for this and not dissapointed! The band was outstanding, Truly the world's greatest and most original heavy metal band or rock band period for that matter. Jmmy Page was unreal, it was like he never took a break from the music even after all this time. Robert Plant's voice was spot on, no sign of age if anything it was better! His growls and moans more nuanced than ever. JPJ showed he is no minor player, his bluesy groove on the base and his organ work brought the original feel alive. And Jason! His dad is smiling down because Jason channeled him like he was posessed. What a way to step up the bar. My only complaint is that the theatre did not have the volume turned up to shake the walls. In fact it started so low that the entire audiance demanded to "TURN IT UP!" If these guys don't tour the world will be a poorer place indeed

Led Zeppelin - Celebration Day

This was almost as good as being at the concert. It was great to see Led Zeppelin and to listen to their timeless music. The original Led Zeppelin members (Page, Jones and Plant) show a lot of affection for the drummer (who was the son of an original member), who died several years ago. That was really nice to see. The Theatre was very comfortable and the movie time was perfect as it gave me a chance to leave work, eat and get to the Theatre on time. The movie staff came out and introduced the movie (which was a very good personal touch). I have no complaints even though there were some small difficulties with the projector (in the beginning). However, this was quickly rectified. The picture and sound was very good and I will look back at this as a wonderful experience. I will plan to do this again (at the same theatre). Thank you, Greg

Epic Fail from Film Distributor @ Lighthouse Cinema in Pacific Grove, CA

Went to See the "One Night Only" showing of Led Zeppelin - Celebration Day Tonight. However, there was a Theater Authentication Code Failure at the Lighthouse Cinema in Pacific Grove, CA. So, after waiting almost 2 hours, we were all told that a gentleman in the UK at the Film Distributors Office who emails out the digital authentication codes to each theater, which enables the Digital Film to play, was giving up after 3 of the codes failed to work. So, we all missed the 'one night only' showing of the Zeppelin 'Live Concert Film' and the A hole at the UK office said he was giving up and going to bed. Thanks A Lot.... (distributor responsible = Omniverse Vision UK)

Zepplin was awesome! It felt as though I was there LIVE!

I never had the opportunity to see Zepplin LIVE, so I jumped at the opportunity to see this show at the theater. It was great! John Bonham's son Jason on the drums did an outstanding job. his energy was incredible. Robert Plant's voice is still on the money & Jones & Jimmy Page...need I say more?!! Such great musicians. The chemistry on the stage during the performance was great. They appeared to be having a great time. It was just like a LIVE show with the large screen and surround sound and everyone in the theater singing, clapping and applauding. Great experience. I would see it again. Very pleased.

The movie/show is great. But theater problems- first the sound started way to low and people had to shout "turn it up" second the film kept skipping/cutting out thur out the movie....Yes I'll buy it on Blue ray and can;t wait to hear it on my sound system.
