Led Zeppelin "Celebration Day"

Thoroughly enjoyed this film. To be able to experience Led Zeppelin on the big screen was the next best thing to enjoying a live performance. Saw them in '75 in Los Angeles which was an amazing experience, and was really looking forward to this event, which I did. HOWEVER, the experience at Irvine Spectrum minimized the experience I could have had. As other reviewers stated, the audio and video glitches, not to mention having no audio at all for what seemed to be almost two entire songs held your attention as much as the film itself. Half of my row got up and left. Just when you got into a groove, a glitch would occur that would totally kill the mood. Not sure if this was a Fathom Events or a theater issue, but the experience was enough for me to never go to Irvine Spectrum for a Fathom event. The theatre did hand out movie passes as we left last night, but it doesn't rectify the fact that my experience with a limited engagement film was filled with disruption.

I really wish more of these concerts would be shown on the big screen. This was a great performance and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. I got to seen them when they came to Baton Rouge in the 70's and I enjoyed it then. I don't like the crowds at concerts much so this works out fine for me :) Thanks Fandango!!!

Zepplin was awesome! It felt as though I was there LIVE!

I never had the opportunity to see Zepplin LIVE, so I jumped at the opportunity to see this show at the theater. It was great! John Bonham's son Jason on the drums did an outstanding job. his energy was incredible. Robert Plant's voice is still on the money & Jones & Jimmy Page...need I say more?!! Such great musicians. The chemistry on the stage during the performance was great. They appeared to be having a great time. It was just like a LIVE show with the large screen and surround sound and everyone in the theater singing, clapping and applauding. Great experience. I would see it again. Very pleased.

Good concert! I had to ask the manager to turn up the sound though. The AMC did turn up the volume and it was a good evening. I wish it was a longer concert though.

Movie and concert were great. Too bad the theater didn't know how to run sound. It was awful. Some stupid punk using some kind of delayed surround sound system. Couldn't hear any bass or vocals. Spend your money on the dvd. Don't waste $15 at Opry Mills, Nashville.
