I've just reached home after watching the movie. And I must say 'Bole So Nihal, Sat Sri Akaal' this is how the hall was echoing. The movie is based on events that lead Bhai Beant Singh and Bhai Satwant Singh to assasinate Indira and their death sentence. The screenplay is really good, however there are few scenes which could have been improved, like the scene where Bhai Beant singh looks at The Akaal Takht first time after Operation bluestar. As a Sikh viewer, we can understand, but for non sikhs its little hard to conceptualise what Bhai Beant Singh would have gone through. The later half is very emotional and beautiful. All the characters are beautifully played. Sukhdeep singh has done a marvelous job in playing Bhai Satwant Singh. Bibi Surinder kaur's character is also very strong, it enters a little late in the movie but its amazing. Raj kakra is also great, (with some areas of improvement). Rating from me 8/10.

we have been waiting a long time, for the revelations and truth to be revealed as to what really happened with regards to operation blue star. however i understand that this film was more about beant singh and sat want singh. however this film should have been filled with details, and more importantly passion and emotion. the director spent no real time on compiling the audience with the correct emotions during the movie. the acting from 80 per cent of the cast was terrible. many of the storyline was rushed in areas, and as said no emotion was captured. after the bombing of the akal takht, no time was spent on showing as to why it happen, and the true feeling of upset after the event which lead sat want singh and beant singh to carry out what they did. all in all, a great story in sikh history, BUT a terrible movie, which with the story they had to tell, should have been better. this would have been so much better had they shown the real life interviews they conducted with the fami
