WAS AWESOME! All the JP movies have been a favorite of my daughters since she first saw it in the theater 20 years ago. Her dad took her when she was seven and all the memories of that day was relived yesterday with the whole family. Plus we took time to eat at the T-Rex resturant in downtown disney to set the theme off. Since then we have watched it over a zillion times on tv. The moment she saw that it was coming out to the theaters again and in 3D she has been counting down the days to see it. Even though we saw it a zillion times seeing it again in the theater was great and seeing it in 3D was so much fun. We are going to go see it again next Friday. She is so excited to see the new movie next year!! And to the person who said they have a life (needs to reread their grammar). We all have one too in fact my daughter is 27 and a very successful attorney. It's all about family and having fun.

I was so excited to see this movie again on the big screen! I have watched it probably 50 times on VHS, DVD and television. It's one of those that I watch everytime it's on, but let's face it. It was made for the big screen. And now in 3D? This is how this movie was meant to be seen! I enjoyed it as much, if not more, than the very first time!

I saw JP in the theater when I was 10. 20 years later it's every bit as good as when I originally saw it. Contrary to what some might say, I think the 3D was perfect. New movies shot with 3D in mind seem to use a lot of gimmicks....lots of things that scream "hey look, we can do this with 3D...so we did!" regardless of if it really added anything to the movie or not. I think it was a blessing that this movie wasn't initially shot with 3D in mind. The 3D often very subtle, but I found that it added depth to the movie and added realism instead of detracting from it (the last Pirates movie for instance went way overboard with unnecessary 3D tricks). Seeing the movie again on the big screen with the big sound, and the subtle 3D realism added, made for a fantastic combination. It's the first time in a long time that I've left the theater having paid extra for a 3D movie and been highly satisfied with the experience.

We've all seen it, so nothing new there, but the 3-D definitely is the reason to see this again in theater, even though it's not Transformers 3-D. But they did a great job converting the material and its also been remastered and looks brand new. Also saw it in RPX and the sound was massive, really brought me back to being 10 again.

Still one of my favorite movies of all time and even better in 3d! People of all ages would love to see it even if they have already and especially if they didn't get to see it the first time in theaters! Well worth the money to see it!
