It was a great movie! I would see it again !!!!!1
Great movie, both actresses (Meryl Streep and Amy Adams) played an amazing roll.Although it is a true life scenario, and you can?t change facts, I was very disappointed with the fact that Julia and Julie never met in person.
My mom and I went to see this movie and loved it. Meryl S was great as Julia Childs. I don't think anyone else could have played the part. It was a great movie.
True to life experience. Amusing. Enjoyable.
I loved most of the movie. I wanted to see more of Meryl Streep. I wanted the ending to be more upbeat. There seemed to be a lot of whining in the movie but it was ok. I wanted my husband to like it too..but he thought is was so-so. This is more of a foody and chick flick movie. Definitely made me want to go out and buy the Julia Child's French cooking book and Robauer's Joy of Cooking book too (may still do it)...to see what I've been missing. The humor was priceless from the French cookbook. Meryl Streep has such presence! Can't wait to see more of her in the movies!
