Jimmi Simpson

Biography

New Jersey native Jimmi Simpson honed his skills at Bloomburg University and at the Williamstown Theatre Festival before making his on-screen debut in the 2000 college comedy Loser. With his memorable look and quirky style, Simpson had no trouble finding work, taking on recurring roles on 24, Rose Red, Carnivale, My Name Is Earl, Psych, and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. He would also carve out a niche on the big screen, appearing in movies like Zodiac and The Invention of Lying. Simpson would also become a familiar face to many as Lyle the Intern on The Late Show with David Letterman from 2008 to 2009.
